Проживали в отеле с подругой с 20-го июля по 29-е. При заселении с улыбкой нас не встретили, просто показали пальцем куда и что писать на регистрационном листе, выдали карты для номера. Номер в целом не плохой для двух человек места хватало. Но были свои недочеты в виде чайника который к концу отдыха перестал нагревать воду, которую приходилось нагревать в связи с тем что ежедневно в номер приносили четыре бутылки воды (две на человека), что очень плохо при такой жаре, ванная комната не первой свежести, стоит стиральная машина, но порошок конечно же покупается свой. Ресторан не большой, брали завтраки и ужины, в целом кормили вкусно, но разнообразия не было, грубо говоря каждый день одно и тоже. В отеле есть зона с бассейном. Бассейн не плохой, но охладиться в нем не получиться, т. К утром он еще более менее холодный, но после 11:00 вода почти горячая. Так же возникли проблемы с администраторами на стойке регистрации во время проживания. Когда планировали поездку в Дубай, совсем не подумали о том, что в отеле европейские розетки и наши туда не подходят, благо взяли с собой повер банки, который ежедневно приходилось заряжать от компьютера на ресепшн, спустя несколько дней отдыха нам просто отказали в этом не объяснив причину!
Что касается пляжа, он довольно далеко, днем туда идти не самая хорошая идея при такой жаре, поэтому ходили в 22:00.
Но есть и плюсы, такие как уборка номеров, проживали на 6-ом этаже, где убирал мальчик Хусейн, очень ответственный и доброжелательный сотрудник, который хорошо выполняет свою работу, очень хотелось бы чтобы отзыв дошел до руководства отеля и его поощрили! В целом отдыхом остались довольны, но отель на 4 звезды не дотягивает.

But there were drawbacks in the form of a kettle, which by the end of the rest stopped heating the water, which had to be heated due to the fact that four bottles of water (two per person) were brought to the room daily, which is very bad in such heat, the bathroom is not the first freshness, there is a washing machine, but of course the powder is bought its own. The restaurant is not big, they took breakfasts and dinners, in general, the food was delicious, but there was no variety, roughly speaking, the same thing every day. The hotel has an area with a swimming pool. The pool is not bad, but it will not cool down in it, because in the morning it is even less cold, but after 11:00 the water is almost hot. There were also problems with the receptionists at the reception during the stay. When we planned a trip to Dubai, we did not think at all that the European sockets in the hotel and ours did not fit there, fortunately we took with us a canister, which had to be charged daily from the computer at the reception, after a few days of rest we were simply refused without explaining the reason!
As for the beach, it's quite far away, it's not a good idea to go there in the daytime in this heat, so we went at 22:00.
But there are also advantages, such as room cleaning, we lived on the 6th floor, where the boy Hussein cleaned, a very responsible and friendly employee who does his job well, I would really like the review to reach the hotel management and be encouraged! In general, we were satisfied with the rest, but the 4-star hotel does not hold up.
