Я читал некоторые комментарии до этого отеля, но я думал, что люди преувеличивают, но НЕТ, люди абсолютно правы! Плохой отель плохой персонал! Особенно люди на ресепшене такие высокомерные! И люди, работающие в баре в Lobi, которые также высокомерны и в одно время они говорят, что некоторые вещи стоят денег, в другое время они говорят, что это бесплатно, так что все мошенники здесь! I read some comments before for this hotel but I thought people were exaggerating but NO people are absolutely right! Bad hotel bad staff! Especially people at reception so arrogant! And people working at the bar at Lobi who are also arrogant and one time they say certain things cost money other time they say it's free so all scammers here! Even Wi-Fi costs money here and everyone take their stuff with them because it is not safe place. Everyone with their stuff even going to the beach! And yes talking about beach huh just stones so they really have no beach no sea here! They don't even look at you! Food is bad! Every day the same! Only one old Mrs Menekşe I think who makes gözleme who was very sweet towards everyone and she is the only one who smiles and also one lady from cleaning Şerife who was also very good for the rest never come to this hotel again and for people who read this, please go and pay a bit more but don't come here because then you will ruin your holiday for a few pennies. And compliments for spa people, we had couple of massage really wow especially Mr Ali and one lady from reception! My compliments! So only good thing about this hotel is gözleme and especially spa and that's thanks to Mr ali. And please send away that man from Tahsin restaurant! That man has been so disrespectful to people and to us! He doesn't give drinks! He cleaned up everything while we were still eating! Really weird man! He's only making this hotel name worse! And greetings to Yusuf from bar really best bartender we have seen, best service!
