Переоцененный отель.
Началось с того, что при заселении персонал потерял наш багаж, дада — потерял. Час бегали — суетелись, камеры просматривали что бы понять куда же они отвезли наши вещи. Бардак.
Слава Богу что не обратно в аэропорт. Не удивлюсь, что в этом отеле это происходило ранее.
По номеру: номер, как номер — требует реновации, мы жили на 2 этаже в главном корпусе.
На пляже: есть изменения по сравнению с нашим прошлым визитом (2021г) — построили бич-бар, обновили лежаки (теперь с матрасами).
По еде: никакая, вроде бы все сьедобно, но на поток — итак сойдет.
Напитки/алкоголь: кофе старбакс единственное светлое пятно, во всех остальных барах тебе пытаются налить аналог, а не оригинальный напиток.
Шоу: не было! Играла какая-то местная самодеятельность. Ужас.
Далее, 01 ноября этот так называемый "премиум-отель" превратился в тыкву, стал еще более унылым. Резко включился режим жесткой экономии, несмотря на то что русские туристы в дни школьных каникул заплатили полную стоимость!
Отель закрыл кафе-мороженое, дополнительный бар, уменьшим и без того скудное питание. Как так?
Полнейшее разочарование.
Ни ногой, и никому не порекомендую.
An overrated hotel.
It all started when the staff lost our luggage during check-in. Yes, you heard that right – they lost it. We spent an hour running around while they frantically searched and checked security cameras to figure out where they had taken our things. What a mess.
Thank God it wasn't back to the airport. I wouldn't be surprised if this has happened before at this hotel.
The room: The room was just a room – it needs renovation. We stayed on the 2nd floor of the main building.
The beach: There have been some changes since our last visit in 2021 – they built a beach bar and updated the sun loungers (now they have mattresses).
The food: Mediocre. Everything was technically edible, but it's clearly mass-produced with a "good enough" attitude.
Drinks/Alcohol: The Starbucks coffee was the only bright spot. At all the other bars, they try to serve you a cheap imitation, not the original branded drink.
The entertainment: There wasn't any! Some local amateur performers played. It was terrible.
Furthermore, on November 1st, this so-called "luxury hotel" turned into a pumpkin and became even more dismal. They abruptly switched to a strict cost-cutting mode, despite the fact that Russian tourists on school holidays had paid the full price!
The hotel closed the ice cream parlor and an additional bar, and further reduced the already meager food selection. How is this acceptable?
A complete disappointment.
I wouldn't set foot here again and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
