Отзыв об отеле Giges King Hotel

Travelling to Antalya, we stayed at Giges King Boutique Hotel, located in the old town named Kaleici.
The most beautiful building opposite the mosque.
Great recent renovation.
And here are our disappointments begin…
The owner required to pay in cash asking not to give the money to his son, who worked at the reception.
It took us a lot of time explaining that we did not have cash and finally we managed to agree with his son to make the payment by the credit card.
After paying by card via the son, who worked as the receptionist, nobody talk or even look at us.
The next morning we came to have a breakfast. They didn’t say “hello” to us and no breakfast was offered, although it was included in the price of our room. So we had to go outside to find a place to eat.
Other disadvantages:
The safe in the room has not functioned, obviously for a long time, as the batteries oxidized.
No blanket. Instead of it we got a very scratchy thin bedsheet-cover. It was very cold.
The towels feel like sandpaper. They cannot be used to dry off.
There are no slippers, no water, and no teapot. There is nothing provided in the room.
The bathroom smelled like sewage.
Flowers, planted near the hotel entry, wilted far ago. Probably a year ago.
In the inner yard, meant for serving the breakfast we did not get, other people’s personal things are lying there.
It feels like you come to another person’s gardening.
Trying to book a room by phone, the hotel representative did not speak English. Sending an email to the hotel, they did not even bother to use Google translator and answered in Turkish.
In short, the owners dirtied such a beautiful house and they do not care about guests at all.
If you do not want to get such an experience, do not come there.

И тут начались наши разочарования…
Хозяин требовал наличную оплату и просил не давать деньги его сыну, который работал на ресепшене.
Пришлось долго объяснять, что наличных у нас нет, и удалось договориться с сыном, чтобы произвести оплату картой.
После оплаты картой через сына, кто стоит на ресепшен, с нами больше никто не разговаривал и даже не смотрел в нашу сторону.
Утром мы пришли на завтрак.
С нами не поздоровались и завтрак не предложили.
Хотя он входил в стоимость проживания.
Пришлось идти на улицу и искать, где нас покормят.
Еще из недостатков:
В номере не работает сейф. Видимо давно: все батарейки в окисленном состоянии.
Одеяла нет. Вместо него — очень колючая простынь-покрывало. Тоненькое. Было холодно.
Полотенца напоминают наждачную бумагу. Вытираться ими невозможно.
Ни тапок,
Ни вода и чайника,
Ничего в номере нет.
В ванной комнате пахло канализацией.
Цветы при входе в отель все давно завяли. Думаю, год назад.
На внутреннем дворе, где нам не предложили завтрак, лежат личные вещи.
Ощущение, что попали в чей-то грязный огород.
В одном предложении, хозяева загадили такое красивое здание, и им абсолютно наплевать на гостей …
Не хотите такой опыт — не приезжайте туда.
