Unzufriedenheit mit meinem kürzlichen Aufenthalt im Hotel MC Arancia Resort in Alanya auszudrücken. Leider war mein Aufenthalt von zahlreichen Unannehmlichkeiten geprägt, die ich Ihnen im Folgenden darlegen möchte.
Bereits bei meiner Ankunft musste ich feststellen, dass das Hotelzimmer in einem sehr unsauberen Zustand war. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht zufriedenstellend, und es schien, als hätte die Putzfrau nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Es lagen Schmutz und Staub auf den Möbeln, und der Boden war klebrig. Dies war äußerst unangenehm und entsprach in keiner Weise meinen Erwartungen an ein Hotel Ihrer Kategorie.
Ein weiteres großes Problem war der Zustand der Handtücher. Anstatt saubere Handtücher vorzufinden, waren diese schmutzig und offensichtlich nicht frisch gewaschen. Zudem musste ich die Reinigungskraft jedes Mal extra rufen, da sie nicht von selbst kam. Selbst dann erschien sie nur, wenn sie Lust dazu hatte, was den Eindruck von mangelnder Professionalität und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft hinterließ.
Auch das Personal im Allgemeinen ließ zu wünschen übrig. Viele Mitarbeiter waren unhöflich und zeigten wenig Interesse daran, den Gästen behilflich zu sein. Zudem war es erstaunlich, dass die meisten Mitarbeiter nicht einmal Türkisch sprachen, was die Kommunikation erheblich erschwerte und zu weiteren Missverständnissen führte.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von diesen Erlebnissen und erwarte von einem Hotel Ihrer Klasse einen weitaus höheren Standard. Ich hoffe, dass Sie meine Beschwerde ernst nehmen und die notwendigen Maßnahmen ergreifen, um diese Probleme zu beheben.
I am writing to express my great dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the MC Arancia Resort in Alanya. Unfortunately, my stay was marked by numerous inconveniences, which I would like to outline below.
Upon arrival, I found the hotel room to be in a very unclean state. The room cleaning was unsatisfactory, and it seemed as though the cleaning lady had only done a superficial job. There was dirt and dust on the furniture, and the floor was sticky. This was extremely unpleasant and did not meet my expectations for a hotel of your category.
Another major problem was the condition of the towels. Instead of finding clean towels, they were dirty and obviously not freshly washed. Additionally, I had to call the cleaning staff each time, as they did not come on their own. Even then, they only showed up when they felt like it, which gave the impression of a lack of professionalism and willingness to serve.
Moreover, the rooms and the toilets had a strong unpleasant odor, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. This smell was extremely disturbing and indicated a lack of hygiene and maintenance.
In general, the staff left much to be desired. Many employees were rude and showed little interest in assisting guests. It was also surprising that most of the staff did not even speak Turkish, which greatly hindered communication and led to further misunderstandings.
I am very disappointed by these experiences and expect a much higher standard from a hotel of your class. I hope that you take my complaint seriously and take the necessary measures to address these issues.

Еще одной серьезной проблемой было состояние полотенец. Вместо чистых полотенец я обнаружил грязные, явно не свежевыстиранные полотенца. Кроме того, мне приходилось каждый раз вызывать уборщицу, так как она не приходила сама. Даже в этом случае она приходила только тогда, когда ей было удобно, что создавало впечатление непрофессионализма и отсутствия готовности.
