Отель не соответствует заявленным фотографиям у тур оператора. При заселении в номер не было, не только полотенец но и света. Поменяли не все перегоревшие лампы, на просьбу заменить остальные лампы. Очень удивились, спросили "Разве вам этого мало? ". Телевизор не работал и был размером 17". При включении  кондиционера шел посторонний запах, причины всем известны. Пульт от кондиционера разломан и нормально не включается. Уборка комнат производится настолько часто насколько ты поймаешь уборщицу. При этом под кроватью и на мебели большой слой пыли, видно что местами комнату не убирали много месяцев, на просьбу убрать нормально говорят нет времени и персонала. Мебель вся поломанная и обшарпанная. Дверь на балкон поломанная поэтому поставили щеколду которая в свою очередь не плотно прилегает к фрамуге. И последнее о номере, отодвигая грязную штору она просто упала на меня.
На рецепции персонал на столько дружелюбный и отзывчивый, что лучше не подходить. Просьбы принимаются с трудом и нежеланием.
Такая же ситуация в столовой и баре, еда однообразная, из фруктов только резаные арбузы или ничего. Бармена может впринципе не быть на месте, потому что он устал или ему жарко. Напитки выдает под счёт, и не дай боже выпить лишний стакан газировки. Ведёт себя так как будто делает одолжение.
Турецкая музыка играет до поздней ночи, окна не закрываются вплотную поэтому спится сами понимаете как.
Единственный плюс это близость от моря но и то дорогу попробуй перейти с детьми вообще сложно и занять место шезлонгов с зонтами на всех не хватает.
Резюмируя, могу сказать что отдых в этом отеле может стать большим разочарованием и не только из за условий которые являются ниже чем заявленные. Но отсутствием элементарно сервиса, а также отношением персонала. Попробуйте найти отель получше. Хозяевам же отеля стоит начать работу с персоналом или поиск новых кандидатов и начать стоит с бармена.

He acts like he's doing you a favor.

The only plus is the proximity to the sea, but even if you try to cross the road with children, it’s generally difficult and there aren’t enough sun loungers with umbrellas to take the place of everyone.
In summary, I can say that a stay in this hotel can be a big disappointment, and not only because of the conditions that are lower than stated. But the lack of elementary service, as well as the attitude of the staff. Try to find a better hotel. The owners of the hotel should start working with the staff or looking for new candidates and start with the bartender.
