Мы останавливались в этом отеле в августе. My wife wanted to choose the best room recommended by the hotel owner. The hotel owner told us that it was a new and renovated room, costing around $200 (6000 TL) per night. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we had a big disappointment: the room was quite old. (In other words, there was no upgrade. Even though it was a room with a jacuzzi, the air conditioning was not working. When we asked, we received the answer "Open the window, it is not too hot yet" and they only put a fan in the room. This is an unacceptable situation for a room of 6000 TL. In fact, a room at this price was not even visible on the hotel's website — this clearly makes the situation a deception.
When we conveyed the situation to the hotel owner, he did not want to help much. Then he said we could move to another room — one with a fireplace and nearly half the price. He stated that he would refund the difference of 3000 TL the next day. However, even though we left the hotel, they did not send the money and we had to call several times. This showed us that they are a business far from professionalism and responsibility. We think they kept us waiting on purpose, this is unacceptable.
The view (river) and breakfast were fine, I can't say anything negative about it. However, we did not receive the service promised to us and were generally not satisfied. Персонала было недостаточно для решения проблем. I think that for this price, much better alternatives can be found in Ağva.
