Будьте осторожны при бронировании номера в этом отеле! Мошенники! Мы заехали в этот отель и нам предоставили другой номер, не тот который мы бронировали. В описании номера было указано: апартаменты с гостиным уголком, плитой и обеденной зоной, 1 двуспальная кровать, в удобствах: сейф, кухня, холодильник, кофемашина, кухонные принадлежности, духовка, плита, гладильные принадлежности, утюг, диван и прочее. По факту номер оказался совершенно другим (см. Фото), не было ничего из перечисленного, номер маленький с тремя кроватями, сломанный душ и не было горячей воды. Мы сразу обратились к хозяину, о том, что номер не тот, что мы бронировали, он пообещал на следующий день переселить нас в другой. Но утром он к нам постучал и сообщил, что отменил нашу бронь на booking, чтобы мы собирали вещи и уходили, а деньги вернет booking! Свинство! Нас выставили на улицу с вещами! Мы позвонили в booking, там нам подтвердили, что деньги вернут позднее, но по факту позже выяснилось, что booking деньги не возвращает, что это должен сделать отель, а отель отказался. Нам пришлось искать и оплачивать другой отель, мы потеряли день отдыха и денежные средства в двойном размере. Категорически не рекомендую данный отель к проживанию!
