Dalyan’daki Otel Binlik’te konakladık. Genel olarak otel hoşumuza gitti — temiz odalar, güzel bir ortam, uygun konum. Huzurlu bir atmosfer vardı, çevresinde de güzel bir doğa bulunuyor.
Fakat maalesef fiyat konusunda kötü bir deneyim yaşadık. Akşam konuştuğumuzda bize 4 oda için her biri 3000 TL’den toplam 12.000 TL fiyat verildi. Ancak çıkış günü ödeme sırasında fiyatın 3500 TL’ye yükseldiğini söylediler. Yani her oda için fazladan 500 TL istendi ve bu değişiklik bize ancak ödeme günü bildirildi.
Bu durum gerçekten hoş değildi ve otelin genel izlenimini bozdu. Otel iyi ama fiyatın önceden haber verilmeden değiştirilmesi güven kırıcı ve hiç yakışık almadı. Böyle bir şey yapılmamalı.
We stayed at Otel Binlik in Dalyan (Muğla Province, Turkey). Overall, we liked the hotel — clean rooms, pleasant surroundings, convenient location. The atmosphere was calm, with beautiful nature all around.
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience regarding the price. In the evening when we agreed on the booking, we were told the cost would be 12, 000 TL in total (4 rooms, each 3, 000 TL). However, at check-out, the price was suddenly raised to 3, 500 TL per room. That’s an extra 500 TL per room, and this change was only revealed on the day of payment.
This was very unpleasant and spoiled the impression of the hotel. The hotel itself is good, but changing the price without prior notice feels dishonest and unacceptable. This should not be done.
Мы отдыхали в Otel Binlik в Дальяне (провинция Мугла, Турция). В целом отель понравился — чистые номера, приятная территория, удобное расположение. Атмосфера спокойная, вокруг красивая природа.
Но, к сожалению, остался неприятный осадок из-за ситуации с ценой. Когда мы договаривались вечером о размещении, нам назвали стоимость: за 4 номера по 3000 лир каждый, то есть всего 12 000 лир. Однако при выезде оказалось, что цена неожиданно выросла — по 3500 лир за номер. Разница составила +500 лир за каждый номер, и это сообщили только в день оплаты.
Конечно, подобное отношение портит впечатление. Отель хороший, но такие ситуации с изменением цены без предупреждения — это обман и некрасиво. Так поступать нельзя.
