This hotel was an absolute joke from start to finish. The room was dirty, the floor was a mess, the sofa was disgusting, dusty, crusty and clearly extremely old, with burn marks already visible on it. We weren't even given clean towels every day, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, we were expected to sleep/use that disgusting, dusty sofa, which was honestly unhygienic and completely unacceptable. And as if that wasn't bad enough, we were then told we had to pay £100 just to use the air conditioning. Paying extra to have basic air conditioning in a hotel is ridiculous, especially when the room itself was already in such poor condition. But what really made this experience even worse was the way they treated us over the sofa. There was a small burn mark, and instead of dealing with it reasonably, they tried to make us pay for the ENTIRE SOFA — a sofa that was already filthy, worn out, dusty and in such poor condition that it clearly needed replacing anyway. How can you seriously expect guests to pay for an entire old and damaged sofa that was already in terrible condition? It genuinely felt like they were looking for any excuse to take more money from us. We paid to stay in a hotel, not to sleep on a disgusting sofa, to pay £100 for air conditioning, and then be threatened with ridiculous charges for furniture that was already falling apart. The whole experience was embarrassing, frustrating, and completely unacceptable. Save your money and book literally anywhere else. I would never stay here again and I strongly recommend people think twice before booking this hotel.

They didn't even provide clean towels every day. Moreover, we were expected to use and sleep on this dusty and dirty sofa. This is absolutely not hygienic or acceptable. To make matters worse, they demanded an extra £100 to use the air conditioning. Charging such a high price for air conditioning, a basic necessity in a hotel room, is truly ridiculous, especially considering the room was already in such poor condition. The real outrage was the treatment we received regarding the sofa. Because of a small burn mark, they tried to charge us for the ENTIRE SOFA. We're talking about a sofa that was already old, dirty, dusty, worn, and in need of replacement. Trying to make a customer pay for the entire sofa is absolutely unacceptable. It felt like they were just looking for excuses to get as much money as possible from us. We pay for a hotel, but in return we're expected to sleep on a filthy sofa, they ask for £100 for air conditioning, and on top of that, they expect us to pay for the entire sofa that's already old and in bad shape. It's truly appalling. Don't waste your money here, choose another hotel. Я больше никогда здесь не остановлюсь и настоятельно советую всем, кто рассматривает этот отель, хорошенько подумать.
