Отличный отель! В турции я не первый раз, и планируя поездку не ждала много. Для меня важно, чтобы был чистый бассейн, бар и пляж рядом. Все это было и пребывание здесь превзошло мои ожидания. ПЕРСОНАЛ ПРОСТО ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНЫЙ! Все супер вежливые, приятные, всегда спросят как дела, как день, не нужно ли что то? Очень внимательные, если видят, что тебе плохо или нет настроения, спросят все ли хорошо, нужна ли помощь или может нужно поговорить. Принесут водички, на следующий день поинтересуются. Грязную посуду убирают сразу же. Если спрашивают твое имя, то запоминают его и потом обращаются только так. Помнят твои заказы, в общем я в восторге. Уборка каждый день, везде чисто. За всю историю моих путешествий я впервые сталкиваюсь с таким сервисом. Огромная благодарность руководству и сотрудникам. Обязательно приеду еще и буду рекомендовать другим.
P. S. Особую благодарность хочу выразить этой маленькой милой девушке. Мой друг на время поездки. Всегда улыбается, приятно поболтать.
Excellent hotel! This is not my first time in Turkey, and planning the trip I didn’t expect much. That was important for me that there is a clean pool, bar and beach nearby. It all happened and my stay here exceeded my expectations. THE STAFF IS JUST WONDERFUL! Everyone is super polite, pleasant, they always ask how you are, how is your day, do you need anything? They are very attentive, if they see that you are feeling bad or not in the mood, they will ask if everything is okay, if you need help or maybe you need to talk. They will bring you some water and ask about it the next day. Dirty dishes are removed immediately. If they ask you for your name, they remember it and then address you that way only. They remember your orders, in general I’m delighted. Cleaning every day, everything is clean. In the entire history of my travels, this is the first time I have come across such a service. Many thanks to the management and employees. I will definitely come again and recommend to others.
