Отзыв об отеле Marcan Beach Hotel (ADULT ONLY 16+)

The hotel is located in a noisy area. The rooms are very tired. The soundproofing in the rooms is 10 out of 10, and it's impossible to fall asleep! The food is like in a cafeteria from the last century, and the selection is limited. The tables are dirty. There is almost no choice of food! There are chickens in cages on the property, and the sanitation is poor. The staff at the hotel doesn't pay attention to you, and they ignore any questions you have. The hotel manager even spoke to us in a high-pitched voice, as if we were staying in a homeless shelter with tourists. When we checked in, they took our passports and didn't return them until we checked out, which is prohibited by the Turkish Tourism Law. If you want to ruin your vacation, then this is the hotel for you! Additionally, this hotel is 16+, which is not mentioned in the booking description, and it is not suitable for families with children. We have submitted a claim for the refund of our lost accommodation, and we are waiting for a response. Terrible hotel! Everything in the rooms is broken, and the toilet tank in the bathroom is connected to the cord. This is the worst hotel in Oludeniz!
Отель расположен среди шумных улиц. Номера очень уставшие. Слышимость в номерах 10 из 10, уснуть не возможно! Питание, как в столовых из прошлого века, выбор скудный. Столики все грязные. Выбора по питанию практически нет! На территории в клетках живут курицы, антисанитария полная! Персонал в отеле тебя не замечает, любые вопросы игнорируют! Менеджер отеля вообще разговаривал с нами на повышенном тоне, как будто мы проживали в бомжарне с туристами. При заселении забрали паспорта и не отдавали до выселения, что запрещено законом о туризме Турции. Если хотите испортить отдых, то вам в этот отель! Да, еще этот отель 16+, что не указанно в описании при бронировании, с детьми нельзя! Оставили претензию по возврату денежных средств за потерянное проживание и выселение, ждем ответа. Самый худший отель в Олюдениз, однозначно в ТОП худших в Турции.
