Briefly: once a luxury hotel, now in disrepair.
Room.
+ Large bathroom (although a completely unnecessary bathtub)
+ Lots of light and sockets.
+ Huge closet, safe-deposit.
+ Comfortable bed.
+ Modern TV with YouTube (there is an HDMI output so you can connect a computer)
+ We connected two single beds and got plenty of space for a family of 3.
+ The refrigerator is larger than in other hotels.
— poor cleaning, VERY, they only sweep, make the bed, leave the water and change the towels for the feet.
— the location of the air conditioner directly above your head is not comfortable.
— there should be hygiene kits, but in fact there was an empty box, probably for a view and a shower cap.
— room with access to the pool, the balcony is not wiped or swept at all.
— rusty handrails on the balcony.
— the pool is very tired, never in 12 trips to Thailand have I seen such a broken pool.
— the sun loungers are also too old and in stage of breaking.
OUTSIDE THE ROOM.
+ There is a large swimming pool (there are two in total at the resort) the biggest one only completed in February 2024
+ Very helpful staff.
+ Good parking for cars and mopeds.
+ Three times a day shuttle to Lamai center.
+ Nice place on the beach, not too many people.
+ Your own sun loungers on the beach.
+ Good massage workers.
+ The hotel has two swimming pools (one new and one very old)
+ Rooms with access to the pool (there are only 8 of them and we lived in one of them) have their own private entrance to the pool, sunbeds and umbrellas.
— the beach is not cleaned at all, the same garbage was there all 5 days of stay.
— the restaurant has high prices and a 2-page menu.
— the hotel seems to be in the process of renovation, but it needs to be done without guests, because sometimes there is noise (in March they were renovating a bungalow overlooking the beach)
— behind the bungalows overlooking the beach there are really large bungalows, I don’t recommend booking them because of the view, they look straight at the bungalows in front of them and in fact there is no view at all, and next to it there is also a large swimming pool where the main part of the hotel guests swim.
Conclusion.
We stayed for 5 days in a room with access to the pool.
Not worth that kind of money.
It is clear that the hotel was once cool, everything was branded, pillows, linen, etc. But now the hotel is very outdated, and they charge money as if it remained the same luxury. Unfortunately, it is not. Everything is in need of repair, rusty roofs, wooden objects peeling from paint, shabby flower pots. A small pool is actually so weary; every meter is missing a bunch of mosaics, not just one, but a lot.
And such cleaning seems as if the staff are busy with repairs and have no energy to clean. Well, the linen is clean and in general the room is still 'holding up", but many things simply cannot be overlooked (unwashed mirrors, unwashed windows, water-stained faucets, old towels, an inconvenient trash can in the toilet etc)

+ Много света и розеток.
+ Огромный шкаф, сейф.
+ Удобная кровать.
+ Современный ты с подключенным YouTube (есть HDMI выход так что можно подключать компьютер)
+ Соединили две кровати одноместные и получилось полно места для семьи из 3х человек.
+ Холодильник больше чем в других номерах.
— плохая уборка, ОЧЕНЬ, только подметают, застилают кровать, ставят воду и меняют полотенца для ног.
— расположение кондиционера прям над головой не комфортное.
— наборы гигиены как бы должны быть но по факту лежала пустая коробка, наверное для вида и шапочки для душа.
— номер с выходом в бассейн, балкон вообще не протирают, не подметают.
— ржавые поручни на балконе.
— бассейн сильно уставший, ни разу в Таиланде за 12 поездок не встречала настолько разбитого бассейна.
— шезлонги тоже слишком старые и трещат по швам.
ВНЕ КОМНАТЫ.
+ Есть большой бассейн (всего на курорте их два) только сделанный в феврале 2024
