Пишу отрицательный отзыв в ночь заселения, чтобы обратить внимание администрации отеля. Номер оплачен полностью на 14 дней, 2200$, Люкс 412 с одной комнатой и кухней. При бронировании указал что нужен тихий номер. Основная проблема, очень шумный кондиционер в спальной комнате, работает как двигатель трактора, даже когда выключен, это странно. Спать в комнате невозможно. Пришлось самому переносить постельное бельё из спальни, на раскладной диван на кухне. Подошёл на ресепшен, спокойно объяснил проблему, девушка сказала что через 10 минут придёт инженер, время 23.00. Пришёл парень с ресепшен. Послушал звук, покачал головой и начал фотографировать закрытую решётку кондиционера. На вопросы зачем фото, что это изменит? Вы не знали что в этом номере шумно работает кондиционер? Ответа не получил, качает головой извиняется. Сказал, утром придёт инженер. При просьбе поменять номер, ответил всё занято. Действительно так бывает, возможно так есть, но мне от этого не легче. Шумоизоляции в отеле нет совсем. Очень слышно соседей, которые просто говорят. Сильно слышно шум автомобилей, отель расположен на дороге с интенсивным движением. Нет шумоизоляции входной двери, идущие по коридору люди, как будто у тебя в номере. Громко работает холодильник, сплю на кухне, он прямо у моей головы. В ванной сложно регулировать температуру воды, идёт очень горячая вода. Возможно за 14 дней к этому всему можно привыкнуть. Но, к шуму кондиционера нет, спокойного сна не будет, а в отпуске это очень важно, думаю каждый согласиться и поймёт. В остальном номера хорошие, но не более того. Этот номер не стоит таких больших денег. Намеренно, сразу при заселении написал отзыв, чтобы администрация отеля помогла с решением проблемы! Если помогут, отзыв скоректирую. Если вы ищете комфорт и спокойный сон, этот отель не для вас. Кондиционер за 2 недели не отремонтировали.

When asked to change the room, he answered that everything is busy. It really happens, maybe it is, but it doesn't make me feel any better. There is no soundproofing in the hotel at all. You can hear your neighbors just talking. You can hear the noise of cars very loudly, the hotel is located on a busy road. There is no soundproofing of the entrance door, people walking along the corridor, as if they were in your room. The refrigerator is loud, I sleep in the kitchen, it is right next to my head. It is difficult to regulate the water temperature in the bathroom, the water is very hot. Perhaps you can get used to all this in 14 days. But, there is no air conditioning noise, you will not have a good night's sleep, and this is very important on vacation, I think everyone will agree and understand. Otherwise, the rooms are good, but nothing more. This room is not worth that much money. I intentionally wrote a review immediately upon check-in so that the hotel administration could help solve the problem!
If you are looking for comfort and a good night's sleep, this is not the hotel for you.
