Ужасное место. Хорошие скорее всего написаны друзьями владельца. Это просто отвратительный комплекс. Ожидание и реальность: худшее место на Пхукете. Нам обещали ресторан на территории, сауну. Оказалось что ресторана нет, сауна платная 3000 бат/2 часа минимум. Очень шумные кондиционеры возле спальники, сводят с ума по ночам, старый кондей в комнате дует очень холодно, не настраивается. Плита работает только при условии что работает 1 конфорка, из посуды только кастрюля и сковорода без крышки, у раковины на кухне воняет. Телевизор показывает пару каналов (не русских). Постельное белье жесткое, подушка это булыжник просто, спать невозможно. Мы вытерпеть смогли 6 дней и съехали. Нам НЕ вернули депозит (40.000 бат) и мы оплатили 11 дней октября, а прожили половину.
По территории вокруг — с одной стороны вас облают 2 большие собаки, с другой какой то пункт по сбору мусора, петухи кукарекующие с 5 утра на всю округу. ВСЮДУ ВОНЬ от мусорки, стройка какого то комплекса. Бассейн скучный, но он есть. Это единственный плюс.
Вообще делать там нечего. Не советую никому. Возможно только если люди привыкли к самым низкосортным ночлежкам.

We were promised a restaurant and a sauna. It turned out that there is no restaurant, the sauna is paid 3000 baht / 2 hours minimum. Very noisy air conditioners near the sleeping room, drive you crazy at night, the old air conditioner in the room blows very cold, does not adjust. The stove works only if 1 burner is working, only a saucepan and a frying pan without a lid are out of the dishes, the kitchen sink stinks. The TV shows a couple of channels (not Russian). The bed linen is hard, the pillow is a cobblestone, it is impossible to sleep. We could endure it for 6 days and moved out. We were NOT refunded the deposit (40, 000 baht) and we paid for 11 days of October, but lived for half.
On the territory around — on the one hand you will be barked by 2 large dogs, on the other by some kind of garbage collection point, roosters crowing from 5 in the morning for the whole neighborhood. THE STENCH of garbage EVERYWHERE, the construction of some kind of complex. The pool is boring, but it is there. This is the only advantage.
There's nothing to do there at all. I don't advise anyone. Perhaps only if people are used to the lowest-grade flophouses.
