Booked a junior suite, checked in at 2 pm. The staff gave me a room at the very back instead. When I opened the door, the room was full of hot steam! It was extremely hot. They didn't turn on the air conditioner to prepare the room like some hotels. It was hot like a car parked in the sun. It was hot in every corner of the room. The air conditioner was very slow to cool down. Walking in from the heat outside, the hot steam in the room was even hotter. I couldn't stand it. I opened the curtains and was shocked! There was a roof of a house with no view! Plus, the room faced the west, the sun was blazing down at me. Oh, no wonder it was so hot. Even closing the curtains to block out the light didn't help. I couldn't stand it anymore and called to ask to change rooms to the side of the road. The staff finally changed it for me. I was confused as to why they didn't give me a room at the front when there was one available. Why did they hold back! The new room I got was clean, modern, had a good view, a good bed, and the water pressure was good. As for the swimming pool, it was quite small compared to the size of the hotel, which seemed large. But the most disappointing thing was the breakfast restaurant. This is a very strange menu. Not sure if it is gourami or tilapia in Chu Chee! Not sure, it is full of black fish pieces in Chu Chee. It looks really unappetizing, more like horror. I don’t know how they thought of it. No one makes it like this. Only mackerel or shrimp make Chu Chee. If you want to cut costs, chicken would be good. Another thing is stir-fried zucchini! So we are going to a scout camp, right? We are not staying at a big hotel! In the heart of Prachuap City! We came down to the dining room at 8:30. If you observe until almost 10, almost no one took the gourami or tilapia with stir-fried zucchini in Chu Chee. There was a lot left on the tray even though the time was almost up. And as expected, I thought I was the only one who felt this way. When I turned to look at the rice porridge, instead of pork, chicken, or shrimp, they put squid in it! The smell of squid is much stronger than shrimp. When shrimp is boiled in water, the sweetness of the shrimp meat is much stronger. But the squid is a different story. Oh my, what is this? Whoever is the manager, please listen. In the end, the Pad See Ew was as expected. Because the first two dishes, both the black fish and the stir-fried zucchini, the food was like going to a camp. There was a lot left. Customers who came down to eat rushed to scoop up the soy sauce instead until it was all gone. Then, it took a very long time to come out to refill, even though it was almost gone for 10 minutes. There were almost no fried eggs left because most people didn't eat rice because it was really too much. They turned to eat the stir-fried soy sauce instead. The fried eggs also took a very long time to be refilled. We waited almost all the time for both dishes to be refilled when almost everyone had finished eating! I saw the manager, not sure if it was the head of the restaurant, a well-dressed old man, walking over to open the food tray lid, surveying the food line and smiling! He must have been very proud that he could help the hotel save this much money. In conclusion, I talked to the person who went with me. He said that the room price was comparable to Methavalai Cha-am, but the breakfast line was like heaven and earth. For the same price, Methavalai ordered shrimp congee, chicken noodle soup, bakery, and all kinds of coffee shops. Mango, flower water, spaghetti, green curry, etc. I really don't want to compare, but when I come across a food line like this, it's unbearable. Oh!
