We booked our accommodation through Agoda (staying February 26-28, 2026).
We were extremely unimpressed ❌❌❌
1. On check-in day, we encountered two male staff members who were unfriendly and unwilling to provide service. We were carrying large luggage, and no staff member offered any assistance.
2. The overall condition of the room was okay, but the sliding balcony door could not be locked; it required a locking mechanism, which we personally felt was unsafe. The towel rack in the bathroom was also unsuitable for the large size of the towels.
3. On check-in day, the staff informed us that there would be a party from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM on February 28th, which might be noisy. We acknowledged and understood this. However, at 10:03 PM, there was no sign of the noise stopping. We called the staff to ask them to inform the party organizers to stop the noise after 10:00 PM (as previously stated during check-in). Later, it seemed that the party organizers "lowered the speaker volume, " but they continued playing music as before; they did not "stop the noise" at all. Until 10:19 PM, the sound system was still being used continuously, as shown in the video clip. I think this is unfair to other guests. We paid for our stay; we weren't asking for free accommodation. The agreements stated should be followed. When I called the accommodation, they asked for the room number. I'm not sure what their intention was in asking. I felt uncomfortable.
4. The room door doesn't have a peephole to see outside. There's only a chain and doorknob. We chained and locked the doorknob, but on the last morning, around 8:30 AM, someone unlocked the door. Luckily, the chain was still locked, so they couldn't open it completely. Затем дверь закрылась.
