Худший отель за всю поездку. Жили 5 ночей в трехместном номере на 2 этаже. Сразу неприятный сюрприз — при заезде берут залог 1000 бат, якобы возвратный. В номере выдали ровно по одному полотенцу на человека, никаких дополнительных. Сами полотенца грязные, затертые до дыр и посеревшие от старости — их даже в руки брать противно. В ванной комнате бегали тараканы. Один из пододеяльников был порван, попросили заменить — сделали это только на следующий день. Но самое главное — это атмосфера в отеле. Весь первый этаж превращен в склад: горы тюков с грузом, чужие чемоданы, коробки. Рядом с отелем находится точка продажи канабиса, из-за чего в холле постоянно стоит резкий химический запах. Абсолютный кошмар.
Итог: депозит нам, конечно, не вернули. При выезде сотрудник забрал ключ и карту, покрутил их на стойке, вернул только карту и сказал, что ключа не было. Предложили вызвать полицию. На камерах видно, как он положил брелок на стол, но качество видео ужасное, факт наличия ключа подтвердить не смогли. Будьте осторожны с мошенниками!
The worst hotel of the entire trip. We stayed for 5 nights in a triple room on the 2nd floor. An unpleasant surprise right at check-in: they charge a 1000 baht deposit, supposedly refundable. In the room, we were given exactly one towel per person, no extras. The towels themselves were dirty, worn threadbare, and grey with age — it was disgusting just to touch them. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. One of the duvet covers was torn; we asked for a replacement, but it was only changed the next day. But the worst part is the atmosphere in the hotel. The entire first floor is turned into a warehouse: piles of cargo bales, strangers' suitcases, and boxes. There's a cannabis shop right next to the hotel, causing a strong chemical smell in the lobby at all times. An absolute nightmare.
The result: we didn't get our deposit back, of course. At checkout, the staff member took the key and the key card, fiddled with them at the counter, returned only the card, and claimed the key was never there. They offered to call the police. The CCTV shows him putting the key fob on the table, but the video quality is terrible, so they couldn't confirm the key was actually there. Beware of the scammers!
