Ванные комнаты заплесневелые, простыни грязные, в душе нет воды, в комнате просто плохо пахнет, и когда я пожаловался, они просто улыбнулись, зная, что нам будет трудно получить возмещение. Это вонючая ситуация здесь. Я добавил фотографии для квитанций. I don't even care about the money at this point, I just don't want other people to suffer.
Originally, we stayed at a newer location owned by the same people: tori primo. The sign on the door said soft-opening but we didn't think anything of it. The room was basically the size of the bed, with a small bathroom attached. The shower did not drain and we couldn't go to sleep before midnight because staff was in our room, frantically trying to clear the drain. Even afterward, it was so slow it backed up and spilled over on to the side with the toilet. The worst part was the next morning, they were doing some sort of construction and the whole building smelled like paint thinner. It was so bad we left the building and hours upon hours later, returned to them still at it. I can understand an emergency but this seemed like it was a planned and necessary task. They shouldn't have started renting out the rooms yet if that was the case.
The room pictures I have attached for tori crown hotel are from the room they "upgraded" us to for our inconvenience. Y'all, stay away from this poorly managed wreck of a hotel chain.
Ps, the "big" bed was terribly uncomfortable because of the seam from being two twin beds pushed together. Saving grace, two staff receptionists were very nice. Третий (думаю, менеджер? ) был не очень хорош. Хм.
