I was absolutely delighted with every aspect of this hotel!
First of all, I would like to mention the breathtaking mountain views. The hotel is located in a quiet and cozy setting, surrounded by a variety of trees, creating the feeling of being in a fairy-tale forest. In the center of the beautifully landscaped green area stands a magnificent linden tree with a wide, lush canopy and branches that almost touch the ground. The fragrance of its blossoms creates a unique atmosphere of peace, tranquility, and complete relaxation.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and professional. They were always nearby whenever assistance was needed, yet their service was delivered in a very discreet and unobtrusive manner. I would especially like to thank Nastya at the reception desk. Her radiant smile, kindness, and gentle voice create an immediate sense of comfort and well-being from the moment you arrive.
The hotel's interior design also deserves special recognition. I would like to express my admiration for the designer's work: every decorative element has been thoughtfully selected and harmoniously integrated into the overall concept. This applies to every area of the hotel—the lobby, restaurants, bar, magnificent spa facilities, guest rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevators. Everywhere you can feel exceptional taste, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests' comfort.
My sincere gratitude goes to everyone involved in creating such a wonderful atmosphere of comfort, harmony, and relaxation. I would be delighted to return and will gladly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.
