Отель не тянет на лакшери, троечка максимум, номера "уставшие", оборудование не работает, или работает через раз, бассейн грязный, пляж не чистят, еда в местном ресторане в 4 раза дороже чем обычно, альтернатива — только ехать в упувелли на тук туке, который тоже завышает цены.
Когда бронировали нам назвали цену 4000, попросили завтрак, взяди с нас еще 3000 за двоих. Бронировали с условием, что будет шведский стол, однако уже на второй день оказалось, что из-за малого количества народа завтрак будет по меню, причём блюда перечисляли на пальцах, никакого меню, никакого выбора.
Принесли тарелку булок, масло, джем круассаны, мы это не едим.
Мы попросили вернуть деньги за завтраки или накрыть нам шведский стол.
На нас начали давить, и стали доказывать, что мы их пытаемся обмануть, куча менеджеров пыталась вытянуть из нас как можно больше денег, вернуть они хотели гораздо меньшую сумму.
После часовых препираний нас стали выгонять из отеля, сказали, что вернут нам всю сумму за вычетом прожитых дней.
Сумму вернули на карту, сначала всю сумму, уплаченную изначально, потом попросили оплатить заново прожитые дни.
Впечатление от ланкийцев двоякое, вроде и гостеприимный народ, но между честностью и своей выгодой выбирают второе, даже если это и нечестно.
Попадаемся так уже не первый раз.
