Хочу оставить отзыв о хозяине данной виллы. Человек без принципов, не.
Порядочный и жадный. У нас на этой вилле проходила випассана. Вилла была полностью арендована, все номера, этажи и помещения. Руководителем нашей группы была уплачена очень внушительная сумма. Мы приехали туда 19.01.25 с разных уголков планеты. Привезли с собой поваров которые готовили нашей группе. В описании виллы указано : кухня общего пользования. Что под собой предполагает, если мы сняли всю виллу и все помещения, то значит кухней можно пользоваться без препятственно! Это указано в описании на сайте! Так вот хозяин виллы когда увидел что с нами приехал персонал (повора) в составе семейной пары муж и жена, они местные, ланкийцы, попытался сорвать нам мероприятие, начал требовать чтоб наши повара, которые были в составе нашей группы, покинули виллу. А потом начал вымогать деньги. Мы не могли сорвать випассану. Слишком много стояло на кону. Люди летели с разных уголков мира на установленный ретритом срок! Мы не располагали возможностью отказаться от проведения випассаны, и отправиться искать новое место для проведения. Поэтому начался шантаж с его стороны и мы торговались о сумме. По итогу ему была заплачена сумма практически в пол стоимости всей виллы, за то что нам будут готовить наши люди. Все это он устроил потому что мы отказались от его услуг по готовке. Жадность человека не знает границ! он хотел готовить нам завтрак за 400$ в день. Мы отказались. Что привело к вышеописанной ситуации.
I want to leave a review about the owner of the villa. He is an unscrupulous and greedy person. We held a Vipassana retreat at this villa. The villa was fully rented, with all rooms, floors, and facilities. A substantial sum of money was paid by the leader of our group. We arrived there on January 19, 2025, from different corners of the globe. We brought our own cooks who prepared food for our group. The description of the villa stated: shared kitchen. This implies that since we rented the entire villa and all facilities, we should be able to use the kitchen without any obstacles! This is indicated in the description on the website! So when the owner saw that we had brought staff (cooks) consisting of a local couple, a husband and wife, he tried to disrupt our event and began demanding that our cooks leave the villa. Then he started extorting money from us. We couldn't cancel the Vipassana. Too much was at stake. People flew in from different corners of the world for the duration set by the retreat! We did not have the option to abandon the Vipassana and search for a new place. Therefore, he began to blackmail us, and we negotiated a sum. In the end, he was paid an amount close to half the cost of the entire villa for our people to cook for us. Even after paying the additional money, the staff refused to change the bed linen and towels in our cooks' room. He did all this because we refused his cooking services. A person's greed knows no bounds! He wanted to cook breakfast for us for $400 a day. We refused, which led to the situation described above. I don’t understand how one can treat people with such disrespect and behave this way over money. All correspondence has been saved in the form of screenshots; everything has been documented and sent to the service from where we made the booking. This is not an exaggerated story.
