One-storey apartment complex right on the river bank.
After my arrival, it turned out that the things I was promised were not there: there was no Internet, there were no dishes, and the washing machine was broken (the owner told me to give my dirty laundry to his employee to wash! ) It seems that no one has lived in this apartment for a very long time. There were a lot of insects, and there weren't enough necessary things, and some things were broken.
I had a one-room apartment. There was a kitchen and a bed in one room, and the ventilation was poor or broken, so after cooking, the smells could not be ventilated.
All the windows are covered with film so that nothing can be seen from the inside. It is very unpleasant like you are in some kind of a box.
The owner is an unpleasant person, does not fulfil the agreement and deceives. After I found out that the conditions weren't like they were promised, I moved out. But the owner demanded three times the payment from me for the days I've lived there and for a long time after that sent me messages with threats and insults.

После моего заезда оказалось, что то, что мне обещали не было: интернета не было, посуды не было, стиральная машинка была сломана (хозяин предложил мне отдавать мое грязное белье его работнику, чтобы он стирал! ) Впечатление, что в этих апартаментах очень давно никто не жил, много насекомых, не хватает необходимых вещей, часть вещей сломана.
У меня была однокомнатные апартаменты, то есть в одной комнате и кухня, и кровать, а вентиляция плохая или сломанная, так что после приготовления еды, запахи невозможно было выветрить.
Все окна заклеены пленкой, так что изнутри ничего не видно и ощущение, что ты сидишь в какой-то коробке, очень неприятно.
Хозяин неприятный человек, не выполняет договоренности и обманывает. После того, как я обнаружила, что обещанного мне в апартаментах просто нет, я съехала. Но хозяин потребовал с меня троекратную оплату тех дней, которые я там прожила и еще долго слал мне сообщения с угрозами и оскорблениями, подсылал ко мне разных людей с угрозами.
