Персонал бескорыстный и непрофессиональный.
Наша просьба сменить бунгало из-за того, что наши соседи постоянно курят сигары и сигареты (почти постоянно с 6:30 утра до 22:00 вечера — замечательное достижение! ) была нахально отклонена с аргументом, что никому нельзя запретить курить (чего никто не просил). Only the change to a worse bungalow (a category lower, directly opposite the reception, terrace walled in two meters high, only consisting of one room) combined with an extra payment of €100 was offered after persistent probing.
After we contacted TUI, who contacted the reception with a request to change the bungalow for us, we were told, untruthfully, that they had not explained to TUI that they would offer us a serious alternative. The further call we made to TUI at the reception was dismissed over the phone (we were standing in front of the reception at the time) and when we asked TUI by email they said that we had now been given a replacement bungalow and that the problem had been solved.
The pool area and the adjacent bungalows were constantly filled with loud music and this was accompanied by horrible "singing" from the bar staff, who obviously thought that everyone was as fan of her choice of music and her "singing" as she was. Anyone who was unlucky was also woken up at 7 a. M. By the cleaning staff, who gathered between the bungalows at an impressive volume and caused an uninvited wake-up call by loudly.
To top it off, in our presence the staff gossiped to guests about other guests currently on holiday there who had complained about the conditions.
Мы были в этом заведении уже 4 раза (до генерального ремонта) и всегда оставались довольны. Сейчас заведение стало лучше, но поведение явно нового персонала подпольное.
В целом, отель очень хороший, но мы определенно не будем останавливаться там снова.
