Отель Puerta Toledo нашла случайно и выбором полностью довольна. Важно было 1) пешеходная доступность основных достопримечательностей 2) доступная цена. Отель отличный! Начну по порядку,
1) из аэропорта ехать примерно 20-30 минут. Удобно взять такси, фиксированная цена 33 евро.
2) отель расположен очень удобно. 5 минут пешком и вы в Латинском квартале, один из старейших кварталов Мадрида, в нем много аутентичных ресторанов и кафе. Можно поужинать в старейшем ресторане мира Sorbino de Botin или выпить традиционный ликер в баре Madrono. Площадь Major в 15 минутах пешком.
Основная улица Гран Вия Grand Via, я ехала пару станций на метро. Очень удобно и быстро. Станция метро прямо рядом с отелем. Выгодно купить сразу 10 билетов, их можно использовать и в автобусах. До музея Прадо Prado Museum ехать удобно на автобусе C 003, тоже несколько остановок. До железнодорожного вокзала Atocha я ездила на такси, примерно 10 евро, такси стоят прямо у отеля.
3) Комната тоже порадовала. Просторная, все чистое, белье белое. Подушки на выбор, три вида жёсткости. Есть бутылка воды и кофемашина. В ванной комнате — ванная, можно расслабиться после прогулки. Тихо и спокойно. В номере были тапки, мелочь а приятно для отеля 3 звезды. Чего не было — халата и чайника, поэтому возу я кипятила в кофемашины (просто не клала капсулу), никаких проблем.
3) завтрак разнообразный, до 11 часов. Хамон, чоризо, коллекция сыра. Фрукты. Сладости. Мюсли. Кофемашина, есть кофе без кофеина.
Однозначно рекомендую! Без недостатков.
I found the Puerta Toledo Hotel by chance and I am completely satisfied with my choice. The important things were 1) walking distance to the main attractions 2) affordable price. The hotel is excellent! I'll start from the beginning,
1) it takes about 20-30 minutes to get there from the airport. It is convenient to take a taxi, the fixed price is 33 euros.
2) the hotel is very conveniently located. 5 minutes walk and you are in the Latin Quarter, one of the oldest quarters of Madrid, it has many authentic restaurants and cafes. You can have dinner in the oldest restaurant in the world Sorbino de Botin or drink a traditional liqueur in the Madrono bar. Plaza Major is 15 minutes walk away.
The main street Gran Via Grand Via, I went a couple of stops by metro. Very convenient and fast. The metro station is right next to the hotel. It is advantageous to buy 10 tickets at once, they can also be used on buses. It is convenient to go to the Prado Museum by bus C 003, also a few stops. I took a taxi to Atocha train station, about 10 euros, taxis are right outside the hotel.
3) The room was also a pleasure. Spacious, everything is clean, the linen is white. Pillows to choose from, three types of firmness. There is a bottle of water and a coffee machine. The bathroom has a bathtub, you can relax after a walk. Quiet and calm. There were slippers in the room, a small thing but nice for a 3-star hotel. What was missing was a robe and a kettle, so I boiled water in the coffee machine (I just didn’t put the capsule in), no problems.
3) The breakfast is varied, until 11 o’clock. Jamon, chorizo, a collection of cheese. Fruits. Sweets. Muesli. Coffee machine, there is decaffeinated coffee.
I definitely recommend it! No drawbacks.
