Владелец отвечал достаточно понятно и быстро, сразу скинули код от отеля, чтобы войти, что очень было удобно. Поскольку, заселение в 15 было, мы смогли войти в отель и попросила работника оставить свои вещи, чтобы пойти гулять и не носить тяжелые сумки, нам разрешили и сказали, что занесут в комнату, когда уберут её. Так что сервис хороший.
Что на счёт комнаты. Комната уютная, но холодно было в ней; кухня удобная; имелся утюг, полотенца, фен, шампунь и все вещи для кухни, всё что нужно — есть. А так же слышимость очень сильная, было слышно хорошо соседей, даже не хотелось лишнего движения делать, потому что такое чувство, что всё слышно.
Сам отель находится в не очень приятном районе, вечером страшно было добираться домой, не сильно далеко от метро (на основной станции отель находится, недолго ехать до центра).

The room was cozy, but it was cold in it; the kitchen is comfortable; there was an iron, towels, hair dryer, shampoo and all things for the kitchen, everything you needed was there. And also the audibility is very strong, you could hear your neighbors well, you didn’t even want to make unnecessary movements, because it felt like you could hear everything.
The hotel itself is located in a not very pleasant area, it was scary to get home in the evening, it’s not very far from the metro (the hotel is located at the main station, it doesn’t take long to get to the center).
