After a four-day stay, we can say a few things about this place: the breathtaking view, the beautiful surroundings, and the vegetation. The house is well-maintained from the outside and in a great location.
The hostess welcomed us with banana bread, which was very nice. Mrs. Cecylia doesn't speak English, which makes communication very difficult.
The breakfasts described on Booking. Com are absolutely not up to par! They didn't live up to our expectations : ( ( (The bread was very dry, it was hard to bite, and there was a boiled egg and butter… a few slices of tinned ham and yellow cheese — no vegetables or fruit… there wasn't even a tomato or cucumber… dirty dishes — cups, mugs, cutlery with leftovers from other guests. Hot water for tea was brown… the next day there was raw banana bread… it was difficult to eat bread and eggs for 4 days dry… we had to look for another place for breakfast in the area. Room: the bed itself was okay, although the sheets that guests receive are on the floor in front of the cottage, blown away by the wind… the room is very hot, the floor is dirty, full of dust and flying moths. The bathroom is a disaster… the shower cabin is in critical condition — mold, mildew, and dirt… broken shower head. Phew, it's very sad to write this in such temperatures we We expected a decent, nutritious, filling breakfast for the whole day, plus a clean room and clean dishes… The welcome on the first day was okay, great, but the rest was a total disaster.
