Ana, Jorge and Diogo made our trip wonderful! There was a lovely welcome gift to help us feel right at home! Our booking agent had messed up our request for an early check in and we were traveling with our fourteen month old grandson. Diogo did his best to get us in early before check in time so we could all rest and recuperate from an overnight flight with the baby! We were so grateful! The communication was stellar! Thank you Diogo! The apartment is equipped with everything you could need for a short or a longer stay. Its big, spacious, and there are closets and cupboards for storing your personal belongings.
With plenty of utensils, pots and pans, and such for cooking your own meals. We did purchase a small bottle of olive oil and other things like milk or the such that you might want to cook your own things. There are markets arpund the corner. Otherwise, there's plenty of supplies, and they even provide beach towels for the beach or if you're visiting the hot springs as well. We stayed over one week so we were also able to have someone come and freshen up the bathrooms and leave us new towels. That's a feature we have not had in the past with other rentals so we were super thrilled with this perk. The hair dryer was amazing (wish I had one like it! Lol) and there is an iron/board, drying rack, and cleaning supplies too. We were traveling with a baby so it was nice to have a crib and high chair as well. We had plenty of space for the five of us and we never felt like we were on top of eachother. One of my favorite features is that each section of the apartment has its own door, super great while having a roving toddler… we could easily keep him contained in the room we were in and the balaconies have the perfect railings as well! There is wonderful secure parking available, which makes it nice to have your rental car close by with an elevator to get your suitcases and everything up to the apartment.
