Absurd price for the park in question!
I came to visit the Vicentina Coast with my friends, we chose this campsite to stay for 2 nights and booked on the website, where it didn't say that each tent had a fixed price of €46 per night.
When we arrived, at check-in they said we had to pay double what we had already paid, because we had another tent.
In this park, having a small tent for two people or having a large tent for 10 people is exactly the same, something that is not written on the website nor was it told to us when we booked.
Lack of communication between the staff, the park has specific areas for barbecues, nobody informed us that we could not use them, we spoke at reception that we were going to have a barbecue and asked if we could use the charcoal that was next to the barbecue, we were told that the charcoal did not belong to the park and that it was probably from a camper who was there, so we went to buy the charcoal at the mini-market. After we had already started the fire, a member of the park staff asked us to extinguish the embers with a bucket of water because barbecuing was prohibited. 30 minutes later, the person spoke to us again and stated that we could now start the fire because other campers were doing it too!
It was a huge lack of respect, as we wasted time and charcoal unnecessarily!
The taps distributed throughout the park have no water.
And there is no hot water to wash the dishes.
Among all the bathrooms, there was only one soap dispenser next to a tap that didn't dispense water!
И наконец, неприемлемо, что в 4-звёздочном парке за такую цену нет тех условий, которые должны быть!
