Остановились на ночь с 25.12 на 26.12.22 сняли стандартный номер с кроватью King-size в номере было некомфортно, холодно, номер угловой, окна панорамные штор плотных нет ты, как в аквариуме, жалюзи не работают, комната обогревается только в первой половине возле входа, спать очень некомфортно, когда на улице — 2. ⠀
Персонал отказал в дополнительном обогревателе, сославшись на нормальную температуру в номере. ⠀
Было неприятно, не рекомендуем проживание в этой гостинице зимой! ⠀
Персонал невнимательный остался неприятный осадок, тем более что из всей сети в Варшаве самое отвратительное отношение к клиентам отеля! ⠀
Больше не останавливаемся в этом отеле и если Вы не хотите испортить себе отдых, мы не рекомендуем Вам этот отель в Варшаве!
We stayed for the night from 25.12 to 26.12.22 we rented a standard room with a large bed in the room it was uncomfortable, cold, the room was corner, the panoramic windows were not thick, you were in an aquarium, the blinds did not work, the room was heated only in the first half near the entrance, very It's uncomfortable to sleep when it's — 2 outside. ⠀
The staff refused to provide an additional heater, citing the normal temperature in the room. ⠀
It was unpleasant, we do not recommend staying at this hotel in winter! ⠀⠀
The inattentive staff left an unpleasant aftertaste, especially since of the entire network in Warsaw, the most disgusting attitude towards hotel customers! ⠀
We don't stay at this hotel anymore and if you don't want to spoil your holiday we don't recommend this hotel in Warsaw!
