Ok. I have to add a warning: no taxi will go here before 8pm. Do not expect to get grab or taxi to this place. It's only 3.9km uphill though if you're happy to walk up the mountain roads (from victory liner station)
The taxi fare is only 150p from victory liner. We gave the guy 1000p tip as we had been waiting from 4pm to 8pm to go. We asked the guy to pick up in morning at 8am which he did. (Another big tip). This is the only reason the location star isn't five.
The view at night is amazing.
There's no free coffee or anything supplied in the room. (30p/drink).
The showers don't work and only give cold water. I repaired one shower quickly (in the men's) but the units are hanging off the wall.
The rooms themselves are decent but no ensuite.
After a rough afternoon trying to arrive we had coffee, and slept (there was no food available) before heading to town in the morning.
Be warned if you're into warm… It's cold. I'm ok. I'm used to it living in the countryside in the UK, but I don't think city folk from the UK would like the cold either at night — seems silly to say but have warm clothes.
The beds are solid plywood with foam mattresses. Not the most comfortable but livable for a day or two.
Would I stay again? Sure. Would it be my first choice? Based on travel without your own vehicle — no.
There's loads of seating so take a takeaway back and have a nice outdoor meal at night (under shade) and it's magical.
I went with the Mrs (1 room) and two kids (16/13) in second room.
Now note: this is a tourist area. В городе нам называли цену более 9000 песо (135 фунтов стерлингов) за номер, а здесь за два номера взяли около 3000 песо (45 фунтов стерлингов). Получаешь то, за что платишь… В целом, я остался доволен пребыванием. Жаль, что контакт на trip. Com находится не на Филиппинах, а в Саудовской Аравии?
