Этот отель НЕ дорожит репутацией и не заботится о комфорте гостей.
В этой гостинице на 2 дня остановились родители, будучи проездом в Кишиневе.
Поселили в более дешевый и меньший по размеру по сравнению с забронированным номер, при этом взяли полную оплату за двухместный номер бизнес — класса, а по факту поселили в одноместный номер бизнес — класса, куда еле умещалась двуспальная кровать. На их сайте разница с цене за сутки — 10 евро, за 2 дня — 20. Отказались переселить, отказались разницу вернуть, отказались предоставить трансфер в качестве компенсации. Зачем? Отель итак заполнен в связи с Украиной! Зачем напрягаться?
ЗАВТРАК предоставляется с 8 до 10 утра (! ) Так что если у вас ранний выезд — попрощайтесь с включённым в бронирование и, конечно, уже предоплаченным завтраком и уплаченными за него деньгами. Так отель снова экономит на гостях. Нормальная практика отелей — завтрак с 5, ну или, как минимум, с 6 утра, чтоб люди с ранним выездом тоже могли воспользоваться тем, за что заплатили.
Все варианты мясного на завтраке — сплошь свинина.
My parents were staying in this hotel for 2 days.

First, they gave a cheaper smaller room. My parents paid for DOUBLE BUSINESS class room for 2 days for 2 adults and they gave them small SINGLE business class room (room 17), which literally just fits a bed. They refused to change the room in accordance with the reservation, referring they don’t have double business class room avaialable. Why did you guys confirm the reservation and charge for DOUBLE BUSINESS class room if you don’t have it? They said it’s because they gave early check in (1, 5 hours earlier), at 12:35 instead of 14:00. First, my parents were just sitting in a lobby, they didn’t ask for early check — in. Second, following hotel’s administration logic, they also have had early check — out, so 5 hours prior the usual hotel check — out time. But it didn’t help to be charged for less, or to be refunded, as you understand.
They refused to give a room my parents paid for, they refused to return the price difference them to provide a free transfer to airport instead as a compensation. Also they refused to do so.
SECOND PROBLEM is BREAKFAST. The breakfast was included in reservation for 2 adults for 2 days. In fact, only had it for 1 day, coz breakfast in hotel starts at 8 AM (! ) and as per early check — out at 7 AM due to the flight my parents couldn’ t get it.
In this way hotel tries to economize on breakfast as well, I suppose. It’s common and normal practice in hotels to provide the breakfast time from at least 6 AM, so people can get what they paid for. Considering the fact that Chisinau is not a Venice or Paris and people mostly here due to transportation, it’s obvious, that many guests need an early check out. That way hotel avoids to give them prepaid breakfast.
POOR SERVICE in this hotel I can rate as 1 of 5. They don’t care at all neither about their business reputation nor about guests rights and comfort. I assume they remove negative rewiews.
THIRD issue is BREAKFAST meat varieties — just PORK (Pizza, sausages, etc). No chicken or beef provided, only pork dishes. I’m sure, there are Muslims guests, Jews, people who don’t eat pork for different reasons. NOBODY CARE about these guests and their comfort.
The smallest thing is very SPECIFIC interior of the hotel. Kind of rococo, but as far from it as moon and earth. That’s not so important, but still.
The only plus is the location.
Service is quite poor. They taking your money and not give what you paid for. They use the Ukrainian situation to behave this way: many people comes, travel through Moldova, so they do not care about service, because people have no choise. They still can keep hotel booked. You can not imagine service like this in hotels who care about their reputation. They didn’t consider we are aged people from Ukraine. And I’m not asking or talking about help or to do a favor, but at least give people what they have been paid for.
I DO NOT recommend this hotel, unfortunately.
