Отзыв об отеле Monkey Safari Hostel 2*

I've been to so many affordable hostels in different countries and this is easily one of the worst for the price 😂
• Extremely run down place that needs a big in depth cleaning. They keep commenting on other reviews that they do clean, but they only do a small basic one. My curtains, bed sheets, pillow case and even the entire wall next toy bed were absolutely full of stains and there was a lot of holes (even in the pillow case, which is disgusting knowing that the pillow is brown/moldy with a lot of stains).
• There's no vibe at all and the staff looks like they don't want to be there at all. The guy that checked us in didn't explain anything to us (basic things like there's a terrace there, bathrooms there, explanations for the breakfast, etc).
• The same staff guy woke us up at 22h30 by opening the light of the dorm and talking extremely loud with a person that did a late check-in ☠️ absolutely no respect for the customers.
• Их «быстрый Wi-Fi» даже в номере не работает 😂
• В номере нет ни одного вентилятора, из-за чего там очень жарко.
• Никто не закрывает дверь в общежитие (включая персонал, который постоянно её открывает), поэтому любой может войти в комнату, это проблема конфиденциальности/безопасности.
• Душевые кабины ужасные (всего 6-7 линий воды, потому что душевые лейки слишком забиты + нет напора). В них также нет ничего, что затрудняет пронос вещей внутрь, так как единственное «опорное» место абсолютно отвратительно.
• Курение разрешено внутри помещения 🤢, поэтому в нашей комнате сильно пахло, так как она находилась прямо напротив лестницы, где кто-то курил.
Я мог бы ещё долго перечислять другие недостатки, просто сэкономьте себе время и забронируйте номер в отеле/Airbnb.
