The place is cheap, that’s the best thing about it, I guess. The mangrove forest view’s quite nice too. The unit I was staying at was a fan unit, no air conditioning system (I purposely booked a fan room). The unit’s relatively clean, however, the balcony was filled with bird droppings, sand, dust, and moss. I stayed at the second top-most floor, level 11. I think that the unit must have been vacant for quite a while. I also had some flea bites after two nights of staying there (not bedbugs, thank god. That would’ve been a nightmare). I guess it’s the bedding. As I said earlier, the unit seemed like it had been vacant for a while. Only one lift was working, but the apartment was not too crowded with residents and guests. So, most of the time, I did not have to wait a long time for the lift to arrive. Overall, cleanliness could be improved (there were some rubbish on the lift floor & at the P1 parking lot). The garbage collection point was so dirty with puddles and garbage laying around the floor. Even getting there was creepy (basement level). There were lots of broken furniture and appliances on the left side of the basement. There were also dirty and old mattresses in front of the basement’s lift area (as soon as the lift door’s open), left unattended for god knows how long. However, the unit’s huge with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a balcony. I only booked a room out of the three but I stayed alone there for 5 days and 4 nights (I initially booked for 7 days and 6 nights but I decided to check out earlier). There were two incidents where the unit’s lights were switched off and furniture were moved when I was outside of the unit. When I asked the front desk staff if anyone went inside while I was outside (housekeeper / management staff), he denied having anyone enter the unit. There were also no other guests staying in the other rooms.
