Часто посещали ново отель, сегодня вновь пришли отдохнуть и были в шоке от ряда ситуаций, раньше вход в бассейн был бесплатный, потом нужно было обязательно что то купить чтоб можно было искупаться, никогда с этим проблем и претензий не было, мы всегда там кушали заказывали напитки, только рады были, сегодня мы пришли и нам говорят если вы не являетесь клиентом отеля то за одного человека должны заплатить за вход 25 долларов! не за стол! а билет на одного человека, и это не депозит! если хотите попить, то платите еще отдельно, на вопрос, когда у вас такие правила появились и где висит информация об этом на бумаге, никто нам не ответил, просто сказали давно такие правила, почему у вас негде ре говориться об этой информации? почему не напечатаны на бумаге, я даже не знаю обманули нас или нет, потому как ранее приходила и не было этого, в итоге за 25 долларов вам даже полотенце не принесут, самим надо спрашивать где оно и брать, меню не предложат пока сами не позавете, на всей территории будет вонять канализацией, еще звуки от строительных работ не дадут вам нормально отдохнуть, пляж грязный, скажите а за какой тогда сервис вы берете деньги? я очень разочарована этим местом, можно прийти сфотографироваться один раз и уйти, в номере отеля не работал пульт от кондиционера и когда открываешь окно или балкон вдыхаешь запах канализации)
