Instead of staying overnight, I went to the casual Italian restaurant inside the hotel.
Attracted by the powerful phrase "Infinite Steak, " I made a reservation on a weekday evening. It seems to be an event held irregularly.
I waited in the hotel lobby until my call arrived.

You can eat as much beef or pork steak as you like in 100 minutes.
You start by finishing your 100g steak and potato plate, then it's time for refills. Refills can be ordered via mobile, in portions ranging from 50g (small) to 100g.
The beef was an Australian brand of beef called Budou Beef.
The cuts were relatively lean and very easy to eat.
The pork seems to change daily, with one of the following brands being offered:
Bairiton Pork, Green Tea Pork, Tahara Pork.
These are also cooked at low temperature, making them tender, and although some cuts are fatty, they're easy to eat.
There are nine sauces to choose from, and you can help yourself from the sauce bar.
My favorites are the garlicky grated onion sauce and the slightly spicy chimichurri sauce.
Refills don't come with fries, but they're available in the same place as the sauce bar, so you can help yourself.
I ordered the self-service all-you-can-drink option for ¥1, 500, so the staff gave me a thorough explanation before the start.
When pouring beer or highballs from the server, the staff brought me ice-cold mugs, which was very convenient!
They brought my refills in about five minutes after I ordered, so I had about 1 kilogram, mainly beef.
