К сожалению, пребывание в отеле Ambasciatori Hotel Florence оказалось крайне неудачным. В номере была плесень в холодильнике, волосы на полу и внутри холодильника, пятна на стенах и в ванной. Туалетная бумага отсутствовала — об этом пришлось просить отдельно. Всё выглядело устаревшим и неухоженным — по ощущениям, ремонт делался и техника покупалась около 20 лет назад. Поверхности покрыты пылью, мебель поцарапанная и старая. Кондиционер — шумный даже на минимальной мощности, спать с ним невозможно, а без него — душно. Розеток крайне не хватало, особенно рядом с кроватью — заряжать устройства было неудобно. Персонал на ресепшене был недружелюбен и не стремился помочь.
Этот отель максимум уровня 2 звёзд, и абсолютно не стоит своих денег. Цена — сильно завышена по сравнению с качеством. Очень не рекомендую.

Unfortunately, our stay at Ambasciatori Hotel Florence was very disappointing. We found mold in the fridge, hair on the floor and inside the fridge, and stains on the walls and in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the room — we had to request it separately. Everything felt outdated and neglected — it seems the renovation and appliances date back around 20 years. Surfaces were dusty, and the furniture was scratched and worn. The air conditioner was noisy even on the lowest setting, making it difficult to sleep, while the room became too hot without it. Power outlets were severely lacking, especially near the bed. The reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.
This hotel feels like a 2-star property at best, and the price is absolutely not justified by the quality. I would not recommend it.

Purtroppo, il soggiorno presso Ambasciatori Hotel Florence è stato molto deludente. Abbiamo trovato muffa nel frigorifero, capelli sul pavimento e dentro il frigo, e macchie sui muri e nel bagno. Non c’era nemmeno la carta igienica in camera — abbiamo dovuto richiederla separatamente. Tutto sembrava vecchio e trascurato — la sensazione era che la ristrutturazione e gli elettrodomestici risalissero a circa 20 anni fa. Le superfici erano impolverate, I mobili graffiati e logori. Il condizionatore era rumoroso anche al minimo, e senza di esso faceva troppo caldo. Le prese elettriche erano molto poche, soprattutto vicino al letto. Il personale alla reception è stato scortese e poco disponibile.
Questo hotel sembra al massimo di categoria 2 stelle, e il prezzo è assolutamente sproporzionato rispetto alla qualità. Non lo consiglio.
