БРОСАЮТ НА ДЕНЬГИ! Отель ужасный, персонал не лояльный, знайте при заселении сюда если у вас будут какие нибудь проблемы вам никто здесь не поможет и не пойдет на компромисс, зато с удовольствием заберут ваши деньги 😡😡😡. Рассказываю ситуацию : у нас с мужем был забронирована эта гостиница на пару дней, наш самолет задержали, а потом отменили из-за вини авиакомпании, по условием мы могли перенести вылет на ближайшую дату, это было б через неделю. Написав в гостиницу, нам не вежливо дали понять что сначала если мы опоздаем то будем платить доплату за поздний заезд, а это 20€ в час🤯, а как узнав что рейс отменили, сказали что менять даты нам не будут, хотя при бронировании было указано что это возможно. И потом конечно на вопрос вернуть деньги пошёл полное игнорирование😵💫. НЕ СОВЕТУЮ! Я была много где но такое, это впервые👎👎👎👎.

L'hotel è terribile, il personale non è leale, sappi quando fai il check-in qui se hai problemi, nessuno qui ti aiuterà o scenderà a compromessi, ma saranno felici di prendere I tuoi soldi 😡😡😡. Ti racconto la situazione: io e mio marito abbiamo prenotato in questo hotel per un paio di giorni, il nostro aereo ha subito un ritardo e poi è stato cancellato per colpa della compagnia aerea, a condizione avremmo potuto riprogrammare il volo alla data successiva, il che sarebbe essere tra una settimana. Avendo scritto all'hotel, non ci hanno gentilmente fatto sapere che prima, se fossimo arrivati in ritardo, avremmo pagato un costo aggiuntivo per il check-in posticipato, ovvero 20 € l'ora🤯, e quando hanno saputo che il volo era stato cancellato, ci hanno detto che non avrebbero cambiato le date per noi, anche se al momento della prenotazione era stato indicato che ciò era possibile. E poi, ovviamente, la questione della restituzione dei soldi è stata completamente ignorata😵💫. NON LO CONSIGLIO! Sono stato in molti posti, ma questa è la prima volta👎👎👎.
