Die Reservierung wurde bereits im Oktober storniert, das Hotel verlangte eine zusätzliche Gebühr für den Check-in nach 19:00 Uhr. Ein Mitarbeiter muss ins Hotel kommen, um mich abzuholen Italien ist Europa, oder? An employee must come to the hotel to meet me. Italy is Europe, right? In Germany, where I live, there are no staff in the hotels in the evening. There is a safe, where the key to the room is and the code that the staff tells the client. There is no need for the staff to be there. The hotel ignores my refund emails. I do not recommend booking this hotel in order to have problems with cancellation. 138 euros 42 cents the hotel received without doing anything! The hotel doesn't care about its reputation. Сотрудник должен прийти в отель, чтобы встретить меня. Италия – это Европа, верно? В Германии, где я живу, в отелях по вечерам нет персонала. Есть сейф, где находится ключ от номера и код, который персонал сообщает клиенту. Нет необходимости в присутствии персонала. Отель игнорирует мои электронные письма о возмещении. Я не рекомендую бронировать этот отель, чтобы иметь проблемы с отменой. 138 евро 42 цента отель получил ничего не делая! Отель не заботится о своей репутации. Хороший бизнес по выкачиванию денег.
