The week of August 18th to 25th: the resort is well-kept, with lots of greenery and well-kept grounds. The cleaning and reception staff are very kind and helpful. That said, I'd add that everything else needs to be improved.
1) Breakfast always offers the same things: small, unpleasant-tasting croissants, and milk and coffee dispensers are always broken. They offer you an espresso, but it's better not to drink it.
2) Lunch: the pasta was bland, flavorless, unsalted, and overcooked.
Starters: a unique selection of tomatoes, lettuce, eggplant, peppers, porchetta, arugula, green beans, spelt, and focaccia. 7 days a week, they were always the same. 3) For a whole week, they only served pork; asking for veal was impossible; they cooked pork in every way.
4) Dessert often included sour cream.
While I believe that taste is highly subjective, I'm not being presumptuous in saying that a chef is better off changing jobs.
The wait staff is very pushy and rushed; they take your plate off the table while you're eating.
But the icing on the cake is the person who is unpleasant, annoying, snarky, presumptuous, touchy, know-it-all, and very unhelpful.
The entertainment team consists of 7 or 8 members, all of whom are new to the experience (and that's understandable), but I'd point out the rudeness of the girls, especially the 17-year-olds, who ended up saying: "We're tired, these parents are a pain in the ass, " and so it's not a question of inexperience, but of rudeness; they'll never learn, especially since there's no one to look up to.
