Отвратительное место сервис ужасный столовые приборы грязные шефы неуважительные официанты кофе не носят! Людей очень много негде пройти начальники неуважительно общаются попросила место мне его дали спустя час начальник Габи и все они такие.
Ужасное место с липовыми пятью звездами за такие деньги можно уехать и отдохнуть за границей на горячих источниках куда угодно но не в это д. Р. О.
С тебя везде обдирают до нитки наценки ужасные если вы думаете что деньги отдадите только за номер вы ошибаетесь отель буквально требует с вас все с каждого кармана везде на бассейне в столовой с детей вы не отдохнете даже на море места Шезлонге 20 шекелей! С воды со льда.
Я увидела как они наливают воду из под крана за которую я заплатила!
Заказала еду на бассейне мало того что ждала заказ час принесли не готовое мясо так еще и соусы не положили сказали мол закончились.
А сам заказ стоил дороже этого мясо.
За что я заплатила такие деньги?
Звонила на рум сервис заказала завтрак.
И его не принесли а деньги вернули спустя два часа.
Видела как они обращаются со своими работниками официанты бедные люди просто не уважают бедные молодые девушки таскают большие тяжелые подносы а бедные парни по жаре на бассейне без воды и отдыха отвратительные начальство не уважает их!

This place absolutely does not deserve its five-star rating. For the amount of money I spent here, I could have gone abroad and enjoyed a relaxing vacation at a hot springs resort or anywhere else—but not this place.
They charge you for absolutely everything. If you think you're only paying for your room, you're mistaken. The hotel tries to take money from you at every opportunity—at the pool, in the dining area, everywhere. The prices are outrageous.
If you're traveling with children, don't expect to relax. Even at the beach, sun loungers cost 20 shekels. They charge extra for water and even for ice.
I even saw them filling paid drinking water from the tap.
I ordered food by the pool. After waiting an hour, they brought me undercooked meat, and they forgot the sauces. When I asked about them, they simply said they had run out. On top of that, the meal cost far more than it was worth.
What exactly did I pay all this money for?
I called room service and ordered breakfast. It never arrived, and they only refunded my money two hours later.
I also saw how they treat their employees. I felt sorry for the waiters—they are treated with no respect. Young women were carrying extremely heavy trays, while the young men were working in the heat by the pool without water or proper breaks. The management treats its staff terribly.
