DECEIVING CUSTOMERS

It's certainly not in the money but the attitude to customers. It is necessary that such personnel as much as possible lost their customers, maybe then they will learn how to behave with those who pay you.
If you still check into this hotel (which do not highly recommend), be SURE to TAKE OVER ALL the CHECKS, bypassing the high/lean employee. He will constantly try to DECEIVE you and pull money out of you!
