Минусы: Отвратительный, самый ужасный сервис, который я когда-либо видела. Прожила в этом отеле 23 дня. За это время увидела крысу в ванной комнате. Персонал практически не убирался, было грязно в номере (не делали влажную уборку). Грязные полотенца и стаканы, а также очень грязный бассейн. Когда заехала в номер, то под диваном была чужая обувь. Иногда персонал забывал закрывать дверь апартаментов. На несколько дней отключали Wi-Fi и свет. Не смогла работать и находиться в номере. Жаловалась, менеджер никак это не компенсировал, ей просто пофигу на комфорт клиентов. Ужасный район, много пробок, шумно, поблизости даже нет нормальных кофешек. Территория отеля некомфортная, было скользко. Кто приезжал из русских людей в этот отель, то сразу съезжали теряя деньги. В общем, не рекомендую.

Cons: Disgusting, the most terrible service I've ever seen. I lived in this hotel for 23 days. During this time I saw a rat in the bathroom. The staff practically did not clean, it was dirty in the room (they did not do wet cleaning). Dirty towels and glasses, as well as a very dirty pool. When I stopped by the room, there were someone else's shoes under the sofa. Sometimes the staff forgot to close the apartment door. Wi-Fi and lights were turned off for several days. I couldn't work and stay in the room. She complained, the manager didn't compensate for it in any way, she just doesn't care about the comfort of customers. A terrible area, a lot of traffic jams, noisy, there are not even normal coffee shops nearby. The territory of the hotel is uncomfortable, it was slippery. Who came from Russian people to this hotel, then immediately moved out losing money. In general, I do not recommend it.
