Когда обходил автомобиль для того, чтобы достать вещи из багажника автомобиля, поскользнулся, так как на поверхность бетона был покрыт мхом и после дождя стал очень скользким. Естественно, поздно вечером, в темноте, всего этого я не мог видеть. Персонал остался безучастным и продолжить выполнять свою "церемонию" с цветами. Никакой помощи не предложили. После происшествия была поездка в госпиталь, рентген и т. Д. При выезде на следующий день оказалось, что хозяин отеля неожиданно уехал в город, деньги взяли наличными, а владелец отеля попытался отменить бронь на букинге. В ходе переписке с букингом хозяин отеля предоставил лживую и искаженную информацию о якобы оказанной помощи, готовности куда-то отвезти, о том, что не оплатили проживание и так далее (если владелец отеля пожелает, могу предоставить детальную информацию по каждому лживому предложению из ответа букингу). Парковка в отеле небезопасна и травмоопасна, дорожки на территории отеля на склоне холма также были небезопасными. В текущий момент парковка так и осталась около дороги, пенек, об который сломал плечо, всё-таки спилили. Мох с бетона убрали. Крайне не рекомендую данный отель.

Parking at the hotel is unsafe and dangerous, and the paths on the hillside property were also unsafe. At the moment, the parking lot remains near the road; the tree stump on which I broke my shoulder was finally cut down. The moss was removed from the concrete. I highly do not recommend this hotel.
