Персонал обманывает клиента уже на входе. Номера не соответствуют фото на букинге. Заплатили за номер делюкс 15000 за 3 дня на букинге стоит что входит завтрак, а нам сказали что это не так и ошибся букинг! И когда я спросил по поводу завтрака то услышал такие грубые возмущения. Ужасное отношение и цена не соответствует качеству. Не советую совсем. На ресепшене каждый день слышал возмущения постояльцев. Номер делюкс с видом на Гангу но занавески не открыть так как с соседнего здания с крыши смотрят в твой номер дети и кидаются палками. Уборка номеров отсутствует, вода отсутствует средства гигиены отсутствуют. Если даже местные ругаются по поводу качества что дальше говорить.
