Worst hotel ever in Agra… They charge ₹1500-1800 and have no proper service or sense of behavior… Room is conjested, ac doesn't work well, bedsheet is dirty/allergic, despite charging ₹1500-1800 no toiletries or dental kit provided. Give water in jug! And ooper se they have no humanity… Ppl don't go to Taj Mahal daily, but they dnt give a damn about that… They stick to 11 am check out timing, and yell at u and act rude if u aak for even 30 minutes extension… And they wnat us to be tameez to them! I wasted my bucks. U decide if u want to ruin ur Agra visit by goin to this third rate hotel… Am sure there are better well behaved alternatives around…

Yes, I had suggested and asked for a quote for 3 days but told them that my work is unpredictable and I may even have to vacate in a day, and hence I will pay day by day… N that's what I did… Paid an advance while booking and then one day's payment on arrival… When u wake up at 7 n in an unknown city and u have to go n see taj for the first time, n ask the receptionist 11 tak khatam karke aa sakte hei na and he yells whether u come or not 11 baje mei room vacate karna hi padega ya toh saman reception mei rakh ke jao am sure those who read my review will be akaldaar enuf to understand who is being genuine. Also, under every negative review the owner accuses the customer to be cheaters!
