Практически санаторий в центре европейской столицы. Дом располагается на Будайских холмах, невдалеке от гостиницы "Геллерт", под статуей Свободы. Дорога ДО гостевого дома потребует некоторых усилий, ибо идёт вверх в гору. Однако, доехав на трамвае либо на метро до станции Móricz Zsigmond körtér, можно пересесть на автобус № 27, который довезёт до остановки Rezeda utca, пройдя от которой 280 м (или 4 мин), можно достичь ворот дома.
Сдаются три комнаты в мансардном этаже, которые выходят в общее помещение — кухню-столовую.
Ремонт свежий, всё чистое и в хорошем состоянии. Мебель и предметы обстановки из IKEA. Всё подобрано со вкусом.
Вода горячая есть. Пол в ванной с подогревом. На кухне холодильник, духовой шкаф, варочная панель, кофе-машина, чай, сахар.
Можно договориться за дополнительную плату о завтраке.
Но самое главное это расположение. Домик находится в парковой зоне, при нём приусадебный участок с буйной растительностью. В кронах деревьев поют птички. С террасы открывается потрясающий вид на статую и панорама Пешта за Дунаем.

But the most important thing is the location. The house is located in a park area, with a private plot with lush vegetation. Birds are singing in the treetops. The terrace offers stunning views of the statue and the panorama of Pest beyond the Danube.
