Номер в Отеле был забронирован на двоих людей, один из которых пожилого возраста. В начале бронировки представитель отеля был очень вежлив, отвечал на все вопросы, переписка велась очень оперативно. К сожалению пожилому человеку понадобилась срочная операция и мы обратились в отель для отмены бронирования с возможностью не снимать с нас штраф, так очень нужны были деньги. С этого момента представители перестали выходить с нами на связь и полностью игнорировали наши письма. Мы обратились в booking с такой же просьбой. Через короткое время нам ответили, что отель тоже игнорирует их запросы. После чего было принято решение вернуть нам сумму с учетом вычета штрафа. После этого я написал в отель и сказал, что они поступили не порядочно и что я буду писать отзывы про них. Буквально через 10 минут отель мне ответил и сказал, что сожалеет про поздно прочитанные письма и обвинил в возврате денег booking) ) ) На этом я прекратил переписку.
