Над сервисом в отеле надо поработать, работники не приветливые, не здоровались, комнаты не убирались, приходилось вызывать несколько раз через ресепшн, и даже спорили, что якобы у нас убирались 😏 постельное не менялось вообще за 5 дней. Вода в номере была платная 😏 У нас завтрак был включен. Завтрак был не особо разнообразным, выбора не было почти 😏каждый день одно и тоже. Пару раз ужинали у них, и он был не разнообразным, только курица и мясо, на гарнир только пюре 😏 В последний день рейс был ранним, но этот день был проплачен, при этом отель не предоставил нам с собой завтрак, когда спросили про завтрак, нам отказали, сославшись на тур оператора, хотя думаю это сам отель должен был решить. Сам Батуми понравился, но в этот отель думаю больше не вернусь и не буду его советовать другим.
