Хороший отель. Очень достойный завтрак: разнообразный и качественный. На крыше отеля бассейн. Постоянно проживаю в отелях сети radisson, поэтому отмечу ряд недостатков по сравнению с другими отелями. При заселении не предложили приветственный бонус для участника программы radissonrewards со статусом участия platinum; не предложили повышение категории номера. В номере, который был сначала была проблема со сливом воды в в душе-она не уходила и текла в комнату. В дальнейшем на следующий день нам очень помогла сотрудник отеля Niki. Она переселила нас в номер более высокой категории, предоставила приветственный бонус и принесла извинения за неудобства. В итоге мы остались довольны и благодарны Niki, что она качественно выполнила свою работу. В дальнейшем и дальше планируем останавливаться в этом отеле.

I constantly live in radisson hotels, so I will note a number of disadvantages compared to other hotels. Upon check-in, they did not offer a welcome bonus for a member of the radissonrewards program with the platinum participation status; they did not offer an upgrade to the room category. In the room that was first there was a problem with the water draining in the shower-it did not go away and flowed into the room. In the future, the next day, the Niki hotel employee helped us a lot. She moved us to a higher category room, provided a welcome bonus and apologized for the inconvenience. As a result, we were satisfied and grateful to Niki that she did her job efficiently. In the future, we plan to continue staying at this hotel.
